Hello,

I just bought my 3rd monitor and all my problems started. I’ve already browsed most of the topics addressing my issue and they all ended up archived without an answer.

First of all, my setup:

ATI Radeon HD 6970 Dual Fan 2GB
2 iiyama ProLite B2480HS monitors
1 iiyama ProLite B2409HDS monitor

I connected my monitors as follows:

2 iiyama ProLite B2480HS connected to my DVI ports
1 iiyama ProLite B2409HDS connected via HDMI (monitor side) converted to MiniDisplayPort to be connected to the graphics card.
The adapter in question: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00090878.html

My problem:
I can activate 2 monitors simultaneously but not 3. Catalyst Control Center shows this: [image]
It is the same when I try to enable Eyefinity; it will only use 2 of 3 monitors.

How can I fix this problem? I’m waiting for your response with anticipation.

Regards.

I’m going to try the technology you mentioned above and I’ll let you know how it goes.

EDIT: To use Sapphire’s FleX technology you need a dedicated graphics card :x

Regarding my problem, it’s still current; I also tried the 2 Mini-DisplayPort ports on my graphics card and it’s still not resolved.

Not in mine, I only have the ATI Radeon HD 6970, I don’t have the RTS or FleX versions.
Moreover, I just downloaded the manual for my graphics card to get more information.

And from what it says, I would need a MiniDP => DVI Active adapter, which isn’t my case at the moment.

So for now, I’m waiting for the arrival of this adapter and then I’ll let you know.

That’s what is said indeed >> I would need a MiniDP to DVI Active adapter, <<
Okay, hoping it will work afterward.
