    If a refund is delayed, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Head Office. Emails and phone chatter are completely useless from the second attempt onwards..

      Well, if I can advise this gentleman, RUN AWAY!
      Order paid and validated on 11/04/2020
      Canceled by Vetementpro because they are unable to deliver to Belgium.
      To this day, still not refunded, impossible to reach them, and no response to emails!
      SHAMEFUL!!!
