Arnaque site nwrealite

Bonjour
J'ai commandé un produit début Aout 2014 sur le site http://www.nwrealite.com/
J'ai bien reçu un colis a bien été quelques jours après cette commande. Cependant j'attends toujours la facture alors que j'ai été débitée.
Ce colis contient un produit tout autre que celui commandé et payé.
Malgré une quinzaine de mails vers le service client, je n'arrive toujours pas à obtenir le moyen (c'est-à-dire l'adresse) pour retourner le produit reçu et obtenir un remboursement.
J'ai respecté bien entendu le délai de 8 jours (j'ai réagi immédiatement à la réception du colis).
Le retour produit était même prévu par les conditions « Shipping and Returns » publiées sur le site :

The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging.
