Proshop Identification

Bonjour, j'ai un souci avec Proshop, un logiciel de gestion pour un tabac/presse. Après avoir nettoyé l'ordinateur et installé Sygate et Avast car l'ordi tournait sans sécurité, Proshop me dit maintenant "clé invalide" (sans l'avoir touchée).

Y a-t-il moyen de réintroduire la clé de Proshop ? Si oui, comment s'il vous plaît ?

    Problem solved, in fact the key is physical and connected to the LPT1 port which must be configured in the BIOS to "ECP" and not "normal".

    Two years later, your solution has wonderfully helped me out while I am filling in for 3 weeks at a tobacco press lottery store (during the managers' vacation). Since the proshop's customer service is closed on Sundays, the USB key was inadvertently disconnected.

      I also have to do a replacement! The training on Proshop I received did not include tobacco. Do you have a video or anything regarding the shipment and preparation of tobacco orders? Thank you!

    Before you install Proshop, install the drivers for the key that are found on the Proshop CD.
