Volume button not working issue

Hello,

I've had a little problem lately; the volume buttons (increase, decrease, mute) aren't working anymore. The other keys work perfectly fine except for the volume ones.
If anyone could help me, that would be cool ^^

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 32.0

Hi, I fixed the problem myself, I went on the Packard Bell website and I did some updates :)
