Impossible installer "free ocr"

Bonjour,
je ne parviens pas à installer freeocr.exe que j'ai téléchargé sur le site : http://www.paperfile.net/download.html
Lorsque j'essaie de l'installer j'ai ce message :
"Sorry, the files could not be downloaded. Click 'Retry' to try downloading the files again, or click 'Next' to continue installing anyway."
Je travaille sous Windows 7.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?
