probleme msn

Question

bonjour,

voila g un probleme avec mon msn. 
En fait quand je suis connecté avec mon compte je vois mes contacts normalement mais lorsque je veux voir mes mails, cela me dit que je suis deja connecté avec un autre compte. (PocaiPowene@hotmail.com et autre. 

Est-ce que cela veut dire que l'on m'a piraté mon compte ou meme mon ordi ? Que faire ?

bonjour,

j'ai fait ce qui était marqué dans les liens. 
donc g telecharger Avast et il m'a trouvé 3 virus : wi32:trojan.gen {UPX !} (3 fois le meme mais pas sur la meme source)
apparement j'ai pu les supprimer mais quand j'ai refait une analyse avec Avast mon antivirus NOD32 me trouve un virus dans C:/documents and setteing/administrateur/localsetting/temp/avast4/unp133454958.tmp....
Quelle merde ces virus ...
j'ai changer mon mot de passe MSN

Il ne te faut qu'un antivirus .. donc vires en un .

Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau 

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. 
Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec (redemarrage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume) 
Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 

Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Télécharge et installe ce log :

*  AVG AS 

AVG anti spyware
avg antispyware
Met le a jour avant de lancer le scan.

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" : 

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici


Je repasse tout à l'heure.

ta resto sytème est ou etait infecté pour être sur de la rendre saine fais cette manip :

¤Désactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP): 
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis, 
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système 
tu coches la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.

je n'ai pas mis le pare feu car on m'avait dit que j'en avait un avec ma Cbox et que cela servait à rien d'en mettre un autre ??....
et mon virus est parti alors apparemen ?!

Ok comme tu veux ...

Bah apparemment oui le virus ne doit plus y être .

Tu peux refaire un scan AVG et Bitdefender si tu veux .

Comment se comporte ton PC ?

Ensuite si tout va bien , tu peux créer un nouveau point de resto .

Créer un nouveau point de restauration 

Création d'un point propre :

* Cliquez sur « Démarrer » => tous les programmes=> accessoires=> outils systèmes=> restauration du système=> creer un point de restauration =>nomme le 
créer ==> "ok"

Pour AVG et bitdefender, je dois en faire de temps en temps pour voir si g quelque chose ? 

Oui garde le et fais des scans de temps en temps (tout dépend de ta présence sur la toile) je préscris 1X/semaine. Fais bien les mise à jour avant de le lancer et mets le sur quarantaines (supprimes les ensuite).

Oui tu peux faire aussi des scans en ligne Bitdefender si t'as un doute...

pour bitdefender comment voir si quelque chose ne va ? 

Dans le rapport au <22> il t'as detecté des véroles mais les a bien "deleted" s'il trouve quelquechose il faut bien vérifier qu'il les a viré. :)
