Hello,
My friend subscribed to Paritel for his business, for an amount of €115 excluding tax per month, including mobile, internet, and landline. The salesperson also stated that the rental of the landline phones was included.
A nano SIM was supposed to be sent to us to put in the iPhone, and we've been waiting for almost a month for it, so no mobile phone since then, great!!
My friend called the salesperson, and there, surprise..... he tells us €345 excluding tax per quarter for the rental of landline phones...
To cancel the contract, either you have to pay all the rents for 5 years, which is a fortune,
or send a cancellation request, but which can only be done 3 months before the end of the contract, so still a fortune for over 4 more years!
If anyone knows of a remedy.......
