I'm looking for the font seen in this image or at least one that looks similar: it's thin, clean, and delicate, I really like it!
I've been searching on dafont.com and other sites, but I can't really find anything...

It's not great, but it fits the style pretty well.
Check out this site too, there are quite a few fonts.
Otherwise, you can search for "handwriting font".
