Hello. A very simple tip: divide by the original quotient, then multiply by the target quotient.
For your case: X/28*20

The advantage of the formula given by Myuline is that anyone with this type of problem will know how to solve it!

Depending on the times and the teachers, this is called cross product, rule of proportionality, or rule of three; no matter the name, it's the correct use that needs to be known.

To convert it to 20, we do 40.5 × 20 divided by 60 = 13.5
