Impossible to Input/Output

Hello, I saw that this topic has already been mentioned but it was a long time ago. I have a 2012 Macbook Pro, so without a DVD. I experienced Kernel Panics (question mark in a folder) and I cannot access my desktop. I used Command+R. I accessed Disk Utility and I made the worst mistake, which was to delete all the data from my hard drive. I tried to reinstall the OS via the internet, I spent entire nights and days on it, the download seemed to finalize but it displayed "34 minutes remaining," then 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 1 minute, then 1 hour, and continuously. I then downloaded the OS onto an 8GB USB drive, and during the installation, I received the error message "Input/Output Impossible."
I'm quite desperate, I hope someone can help me.

Can someone please assist me?

Hello,

Could you provide us with the exact text of the error message and let us know if you have a hard drive or an SSD in this MacBook Pro 2012?

Hello, thank you very much for your response. The exact message is "Restore failed. Unable to restore - Input/Output error"
I have a hard drive in my Mac. I have the little booklet that goes with it, do you want all the information from it?

Thank you
