Spyware à enlever ?

Bonjour à tous,
AVG antispyware a trouvé sur mon ordinateur un fichier appelé "downloader.agent.bls". Il ne veut pas le supprimer dans la mesure où ça fait partie d'une archive.
Le rapport donne ça :
:\System Volume Information\_restore{603358B1-0912-4D31-9E58-F8F2C299E76D}\RP36\A0017089.exe/run.exe -> Downloader.Agent.bls : Aucune action entreprise.
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{603358B1-0912-4D31-9E58-F8F2C299E76D}\RP38\A0017157.exe/run.exe -> Downloader.Agent.bls : Aucune action entreprise.
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{603358B1-0912-4D31-9E58-F8F2C299E76D}\RP39\A0018316.exe/run.exe -> Downloader.Agent.bls : Aucune action entreprise.
Puis-je ou dois-je supprimer l'archive ? La mettre en quarantaine ? Laisser courir parce que ce n'est pas grave ? Vu qu'il y a écrit 'restore', je crains de supprimer un truc qui ne doit pas l'être. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider (A noter, mes connaissances en informatique se limitent au bouton on & off !)
