Pb synchro pda acer 311 avec windows vista

j'ai acheté un pda Acer 311 que je synchronisait sans problème avec mon ordinateur qui tournait sous windows XP.
Mon ordinateur a rendu l'âme et j'ai racheté un portable sous windows vista. Plus aucune synchronisation ne fonctionne. L'ordiateur ne reconnait même pas le pda quand je le relie avec le cable usb.
Si quelq'un connait se phénomène.
