    you can download the PRMIROIR font from this link

    https://www.fontshop.com/free-fonts

    you select the letter and assign it the font, or you enter the K in a graphic software like Photo Filter and apply an effect

    In text editors like Word or OpenOffice, you can insert special symbols, including two k's turned upside down: one from the International Phonetic Alphabet, and the other from the presentation forms B (for OpenOffice).
