Well, if you want, because after 2 attempts with SUPER (1 successful encoding and 1 crash but success for the latter file with VirtualDub on the other hand), send us your file to see if we could manage to encode it on our side.
However, we need to make sure that the MP3 audio will be readable because we’re only copying it.
I tried again in SUPER successfully on the stubborn file and it worked, proving that nothing is "impossible" ;)

The Cinepak bitrate is around 15/16 Mbps or 150KB/s, which is relatively higher than DV (1 hour of video weighs about 12 GB if I remember correctly), but I still find that your file has gotten way too big... going from less than 1 MB to 11 MB is more than a 10-fold increase...

As for SUPER, maybe we should try encoding with MEncoder instead of FFmpeg, I don’t know.
