Bonjour,

Un écran bleu apparaît régulièrement sur mon PC portable depuis quelque temps. Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire car je n'arrive pas à identifier la source du problème. Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?

Vos mieux vérifier,
Si vous avez fait une mise à jour récemment (hier par exemple), il se peut que la mise à jour KB2670838 en soit la cause.

Essayez de la désintaller :
- Panneau de configuration > Programmes et fonctionnalités > Afficher les mises à jour installées

Cherchez la KB2670838 et désintallez-là.

Redémarrez votre ordinateur puis essayez de naviguer sur Internet Explorer.

Bonjour le code d'érreur au moment du screen bleu commence par 0x000..... il nous le faut pour savoir quel est le problème

Le problème vient de se reproduire. J'ai pris l'écran en photo. Je peux vous envoyer cette photo si ça vous permet de mieux identifier le problème.

Voici ce qui est indiqué dans la partie technical information:

J'ai cliqué sur le lien suggéré pour updater le driver. Et je suis tombé sur un forum qui parle de la mise à jour "B2670838". Apparemment, nous sommes nombreux à avoir ce problème avec Internet Explorer. Voici la réponse officielle de Microsoft.

"B2670838: Microsoft is aware of an issue some customers are experiencing when installing KB2670838 on certain laptop systems with hybrid graphics. We are looking into the situation and are considering blocking the update for systems that could be affected. Customers who are experiencing issues on systems that already have installed the update should consider uninstalling KB2670838."

Donc je crois que le problème a été identifié! Et j'ai l'impression qu'il n'y a rien à faire de plus. De toute façon, j'utilise chrome comme navigateur et pas I. Explorer. Mais certaines base de données que j'utilise ne sont accessibles que via Internet Explorer. Et j'ai eu besoin d'y accéder ce matin. Ca explique donc pourquoi ca n'arrêtait pas de sauter dans la matinée. Merci pour votre aide à tous les deux :-) !
