Hello,

I forgot my storm8 id password. Do you know how I could retrieve or change it, please? Thank you.

    There wouldn't happen to be a 'Forgot Password' or 'Oublie de Mot de passe' option where we need to log in, would there?

    If you can't find it, please send me the link to your site, if possible.

    Hello, if it says, but they ask me to contact support@teamlava.com, I contact them but they always send me to a site that I'm trying to understand, but from what I can see, they don't help with changing the password.

    Then it says, when I click on it they ask me to contact TeamLava support. That's what I did, but they send me to a site that's written in English, and when I read it I try different possibilities but I still can't find how to change my password.

    Well, I've just done the manipulations ^^.

    Click on 'Forgot Password', then write the email address you registered with.
    Go to your emails and click on the link they sent you.
    Now enter your new password.
    And now you're logged in ^^

      I'm sorry, but on my end it's not working. However, I entered my ID and clicked on forgot password, then it says that I need to contact TeamLava support, which I am doing, but those who respond to me are telling me a bit of nonsense. Thank you anyway.

      Well, I don't know where your problem comes from, sorry. I did the manipulation myself and it worked, so I don't know what else to tell you to help you...
