Fonctionnement windows movie maker

Bonjour,
Je viens de changer mon ordi XP contre un autre qui tourne sous Windows 7.
J'ai téléchargé plusieurs fois Windows movie maker et je n'ai plus de bouton de capture de vidéo comme sous XP.
En désinstallant et téléchargeant sous d'autres sites, j'ai un message qui me dit que ma configuration ne me permet pas d'accéder au logiciel .
J'ai vérifié mes pilotes qui sont conformes.
