Bsod windows 7

Salut a tous,
Depuis peu mon pc rame,me fait des blue screen sans raison alors que je viens de le monter il y a peu(2mois). Or avant je pensais que mon problème résultait du fait que je possédais une version craqué de windows7 mais après formatage de mon pc et acquisition d'une version officielle mais les blue screen sont revenus. Mais cela ne provoque pas que des bsod mais aussi corrompt les dossiers de certains jeux. J'en viens donc à la conclusion que le problème vient de mon équipement mais est il possible que mon pc ait pu marcher 2 mois sans problème et d'un coup mes barrettes ram ou carte mère commence à bugger?

    Salut voici ma config:
    -gtx 770 msi
    -intel i5-4670k
    -carte mère msi z87 g45
    -memoire gskill f3-10666cl9d-8gbxl

    Et voici les 2 blue screen que j'obtiens a chaque fois:
