Unknown / Private Call

Hello,
I just purchased a new Philips D205 landline phone, and when I call my mobile, I receive an unknown call, and I would like the landline number to appear instead of "private number."

What should I do?
Please help me

      it's the opposite case but it might be the same cause

      ~" the caller's number is not displayed, the service is disabled, please check with your provider"
      Check your contract to see if it's not a paid option even if that seems outdated.
