Hello everyone
I have a problem… I just got an Acer Liquid E2 Duo smartphone and installed a 16GB micro SD card in it. The phone's internal memory is very limited (only 2GB).
When I try to download apps, I get a message saying that memory is insufficient, and the app doesn't install.
The default storage location is indeed the SD card (default write disk): there are 13GB of memory left!!! I don’t understand anything ://
It seems I've tried everything… I’ve already moved the maximum number of apps to the micro SD card, but nothing works: I can't download anymore. UNSOLVABLE problem… it’s frustrating :/
A big thank you to anyone who can help me or explain where the problem might be
Best regards
For info: the operating system is Android 4.2.2

What to do? Acer is proposing to delete everything on the phone, losing all data
Is there no other solution?
Thank you

Good evening, I have the same problem. I have a 16-gig SD card, and yet, when I want to take a photo, a message appears saying "The SD card doesn't have enough space" blah blah blah..! The same goes for screenshots or photo recordings, etc.. I don't understand why because I still have 6 gigs free. I had to uninstall many apps installed on my SD card.. But still nothing. Furthermore, when I install an application, I can't install it on my SD card, or I can't even install an app at all due to lack of space on the SD. When I try to move an app, a message says "Unable to move the application." I don't understand..! Help me :'(

Unfortunately, this comes from the latest version 4.9.13 of the Google Play Store, which requires more free internal storage space than before:

Uninstall Google Play Updates before downloading an app that exceeds internal memory and set your SD card as the default storage.
It's certain that Google Play updates automatically, which means you will have to do it all the time, but it's better than nothing.
You can also root your device and then install the apps to solve the problem, but that goes into the realm of not really being authorized, so...
