Pornographic emails

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem at work.
For about 2 or 3 months now, I have been receiving pornographic emails on the company's email account. However, I have NEVER visited any pornographic websites...
During my lunch breaks, I occasionally went on online shopping sites. I remember that on one of them, popup windows opened up, and there were porn sites and online games (casino)... I think the issue comes from there. But I have never provided an email address on any site.

I can't seem to block these emails; I talked to my bosses about it because when I'm not there, they access my email to respond to clients.

Could someone tell me how to stop receiving them, how to block them? How do I remove the email address from these disgusting sites!! ??

The email is on Orange, but we use Thunderbird, which doesn't send emails directly to the trash. We have an EsetNod antivirus. And we don't have an IT specialist.

Thank you in advance for your responses. It would be really nice of you to help me :-)

    Hello,

Indeed, it's an issue. I had the same problem with my personal address, and I simply disabled the "subscription."

Open the email in question and scroll down to the very bottom; at some point, there will be something like "To unsubscribe click here" or "if you wish to cancel your subscription."

Sometimes, it's written in blue, other times it's underlined.

Once you click, a window opens asking you to confirm by entering the address concerned by the request... Sometimes they tell you that your request has been successfully processed...

I hope I was able to help you.

Do this for every email from these kinds of sites, and eventually, you won't receive them anymore :)

      Thank you
The only catch is that I already tried and that option isn't in the email. That's why it worries me because I didn't provide the email address and I don't know how the site could have retrieved it.

    Hello.

In Thunderbird, it is possible to filter messages and tell it what to do with them (delete, move, ...)

Go to "Tools > Message Filters ...".
And you will arrive at this window:

    Hello,

you choose "spam settings," click on the relevant site, and then you click "delete."
