Websteroid: flying saucer on my screen

Hello!

I have a flying saucer that keeps appearing on my screen, and I would like to know how to solve this problem.
After reading on the forum, I ran an ADW cleaner scan.

I haven't started the cleaning process; should I do it?

I’m not sure what I should do next.

    Perform an OTL Scan - Time: About 40min
    =============================================
    OTL allows you to diagnose running programs and detect infections - The program will generate two reports OTL.txt and Extras.txt
    Provide both reports:

    * Download http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ to your desktop.
    (Under Vista/Win7, right-click on OTL and select Run as administrator)

    In the case of Avast!, do not run the program in the Sandbox (see help link above).

    * Launch OTL
    * At the top right of Quick Analysis, check "all users"
    * Click the Analyze button.

    **** If during the scan - OTL is unresponsive, do not touch anything and let the scan continue ****

    * When the scan is finished, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to upload the OTL.txt report (and Extra.txt if present).
    Provide the pjjoint links pointing to these reports here in a response.
    I repeat: give the link to the pjjoint report here in response.

    On Firefox: Tools Menu / Add-ons
    Extensions tab.
    Remove websteroid

    Install Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
    Run regular scans with it, it is effective.

    To avoid getting caught again.
