Hello,

I have a 20-inch iMac running 10.9.
I just replaced my hard drive (which was dead) after a reinstallation with Time Machine.
I'm having an issue with my EPSON STYLUS CX 3200 printer, which remains inactive.
The App Store indicates that it has updated the Epson drivers; however, when I try to print, I get a message saying I need to install the corresponding software.
The printer is visible, and the Mac recognizes it well, but it's inactive.
In the dropdown menu with the list of software, I'm not sure which one to choose.
Epson 24-Pin series
Epson 9-Pin series
Epson New stylus series
Epson New photo series
I've tried them all, nothing works...

The printer works correctly on a MacBook.

Thank you in advance,
Patrick

P.S.: I also have this message: the software for this printer is not available from Apple. Contact the printer manufacturer. This is ridiculous.
Configuration: Mac OS X (10.9) / Firefox 20.0

    Hello,

The best approach is to go to the Epson website and download and install the latest driver for this printer and Mac OS X 10.9.

So, you have an error message, what is it?
You're on Mavericks, I suppose the culprit is "Gate Keeper" (anti-"maliciousness" protection), if so, right click on the downloaded file to accept it and install it.
