Delivery time for a letter departing from Germany

Hello everyone,

So, I placed an order on eBay from a German seller, who specifies in his profile that the delivery time for a letter sent from Germany to Europe takes between 4 and 14 days. I want to point out that I didn’t pay any shipping fees, so the seller chose (economical shipping). Is that possible? Here I’m specifically talking about a letter sent from Germany and not from another country in Europe. I mention this because I received a letter from England that took 3 days...

Thank you in advance for reading, hoping to find people who have experienced the same thing as me and can clarify this for me.

    I'm saying this because I received a letter from England that took 3 days.

    3 days is the priority rate. A mail sent by economy can take about ten days or more.

      No need to delete the post: just mark it as resolved. That way, at least it can help others;-)

      As a point of reference, I often receive letters from Austria sent via economy mail. The slowest one took 3 weeks to reach me....
