Postal delivery times for a letter from Germany

Hello, I have been eagerly waiting since last Wednesday for the letter from my German correspondent; she posted it last Wednesday morning, probably around 7:00 AM.
Please, if anyone knows how long it usually takes for a letter coming from Ibbenbüren, Germany to arrive in France, in Oise?
It's quite important, I hope you can help me.

      Thank you very much. I am looking forward to my letter, but this time I am set on the deadline, which is already one good thing done.
      I just hope that the fact that there was a public holiday last week won't add an extra delay for me.
