Hello, Unable to upload a photo to my Meetic profile: both the "add a photo" and "manage my photos" links are both INACTIVE.
So I'm unsubscribing.

Are you having trouble downloading your photos?

1. First, I suggest you update your Internet browser by following the recommendations below.

You are using the Mozilla Firefox browser:

- Go to the site https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ to download the latest version of the browser.
- After the update, check that Firefox is accepting cookies by going to the "Tools" menu, then clicking on "Options" and "Privacy". There you can check the boxes for "Accept cookies" and "Accept third-party cookies".
- Remember to regularly clear the temporary files from Mozilla Firefox! To do this, go back to the "Tools" menu, then click on "Options," "Clear my recent history." Choose the information to delete, specifically "cache" and "cookies," then confirm!

You are using Internet Explorer:

- Go to the site http://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx to update your browser.
- Once it's updated, check that it is accepting cookies by going to the "Tools" menu, then clicking on "Internet Options," "Security," and "Customize level." You can set the slider to "medium".
- Remember to regularly clear the temporary files from Internet Explorer! To do this, go back to the "Tools" menu, then click on "Internet Options." Under "Browsing history," click "Delete...". Check "Temporary Internet files," "Cookies," and "History," then confirm!
