PSN game installation

Hello, yesterday I downloaded Tekken Revolution (a free game from the PSN store) and everything was going well until now. But when I click on the game to install it, it starts but stops at 4%, and it says: an error occurred during installation... (80010038). I have tried several times but it always gives me the same result... I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it... Still the same thing --' I'm waiting for your help eagerly and I hope you can resolve my issue... Best regards.

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 31.0.1650.59

    Hello,

    you need to start by putting your PS3 in safe mode, here’s how:
    1. Turn off the PS3
    2. Turn it on while holding your finger down until you hear 3 BEEPS, then release (the PS3 should still be off)
    3. You have to press again until you hear 2 beeps (very fast BEEP-BEEP)
    4. Your PS3 should open a menu with 6 options, choose the 3rd option (restore files, not system, it will not affect anything, just repair damaged files. It won't harm your online profile or your saves)
    5. At the end of the file restoration, you should be able to install your game without any problem. If so, re-download the game and it should work

    I already tried that but it doesn't work, and the installation only goes wrong for PSN games because there is no problem with CD games...
