[XP] Recherche d'un 6.tmp au démarrage

Salut,
Au démarrage de mon PC (portable), à l'ouverture de ma session principale (et unique), un message de windows me dis qu'il ne trouve pas le fichier :
C:\windows\system32\6.tmp
A quoi sert se fichier ? est-ce important ?
Comment faire pour supprimer ce message au démarrage ? (je n'ai rien dans le MSCONFIG qui fait référence à ce fichier).
