Hello, I placed a sneaker order on this site: http://www.chaussuremarquepascher.com/ which is also accessible via this link: www.caveaudeslegendes.fr/
I received confirmation emails of the order and a tracking number. (The sender of the email is: luci abi (***@gmail.com)
I placed my order on December 24 and the tracking number was provided on December 25, but they clearly stated that it would only be visible in a few days.
I quote:
"You cannot track online right now.
the tracking number can take 3 days to work.
you can track online by yourself.
Christmas is coming.
the delivery time is a bit longer than normal.
it's about 7-10 days.
please wait a few more days"
I am still waiting but after a little research I prefer to make sure this isn’t a scam and that I will receive my shoes someday.

When I ordered my sneakers on the Nikems site, I paid the transaction through http://service.fashionpay.com. It’s a banking site, supposedly like PayPal. If I had any problem, I was supposed to contact ***@***.
No response, I’m still waiting for my sneakers, and tomorrow I’m going to the bank to see if they can withdraw sums at their whim. Because I received an email saying I had indeed paid 48 euros, and when I checked my account I noticed they charged me 50 euros and a second charge of 1.46 euros... which wasn’t mentioned on the invoice.
Of course I’ve been scammed... I’m so pissed off. If you want advice, only buy on sites that everyone knows...

Hello, I know your post is a bit old, but I wanted to know what your bank told you when you asked if they could collect at their whim. I had the same issue: I ordered sneakers and I have 48 euros, but they charged me 51.49 plus another withdrawal of 1.18 euros.

I ordered shoes on a Belgian site that seemed perfectly normal, which strongly resembled sports sites in design. I ordered the shoes, paid, and afterwards I started receiving emails from "comeon258 on gmail," who appears to be Chinese according to FEDEX; they ship the shoes, the wrong ones, of poor quality, imitations. The shipping fees were supposed to be included in the payment and actually were ABSOLUTELY not, you still have to pay FEDEX, while they send the different pairs in separate packages that either never arrive or arrive in very poor condition. Once received, they no longer respond to any complaint emails or anything. So ATTENTION!!!!!!! "comeon258 on gmail" IS A SCAM!!!!!
Thank you for your answers, but if by any chance the shoe is counterfeit, do you think I would receive them or not? It would at least be worth it to see them used for 6 months if they wear out too fast...

For my part, I received the sneakers but in the wrong size. In addition, the counterfeit product is of very poor quality; we gave them to my niece, and the insole came off after a week.
Shan, my contact, refused to send me a new pair in the correct size (40 instead of 36), and obviously refused to refund me.
