Hello,
I am with Free, my SIM card works with the code *2767*3855# (it used to be Virgin)
My problem is that I have locked my phone after attempting the network password 7 or 8 times. When I turn on my phone, I can enter my PIN code, but there is a message saying "phone locked," and a text is scrolling asking me to enter a password that I do not have.
Is there a way to revert to factory settings or any other solution?
