Hello
Following a repair, the letter of my NON-SYSTEM hard drive has changed, which is causing a lot of disruption as the programs can no longer locate it.
I'm trying to change my hard drive from E: to D:
I'm doing the usual steps (managing hard disks... modifying the letter... Warning, some programs are using...). Then I get the message: "Incorrect parameter"
So I am unable to change this letter.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you in advance.

You need to remove the paging file to modify the drive letter.
Control Panel, System, Advanced system settings.
In System Properties, Performance, Settings, Advanced.
Virtual Memory, Change,
For E:, No paging file, Set
For C:, set to 1.5 GB, Set
then OK, OK ...
Restart
Change the letter
Set the paging file to D: (formerly E:)

Hello,
What repair did you perform on this PC?
Open the Disk Management window in full size and take a screenshot.
Upload it here: https://www.cjoint.com/ and copy/paste the generated link in a message below. -

And here is what displays if I try to change the letter

I did not make the repair. But it seems that the technician performed a firmware update on the SSG that contains the system (drive C:). He also changed the battery.
On the second drive (identified as E:), I have put my user files (my documents, my music ...), the programs (Office, games ...).
I don't know what the swap file you mentioned is. Normally, it's the south drive that contains the system. -
