installing windows 8 on a surface rt tablet?

Hello  Is it possible to replace Windows RT 8.1 with Windows 8 on a Surface tablet? This is in order to read my "midi" files (.mid).

But generally speaking, no, you cannot install a version of Windows 8 that is designed for PCs.
Windows RT tablets use ARM.
