Hi, I would like to reinstall my Surface Windows RT 8.1 but I can't access the setup.

Attention!! The reset procedure will erase all the content and apps you have put on your tablet since purchase.
Normally, this procedure is done in Windows.
Swipe to the right of the screen, Settings, Change PC settings, General, Remove everything and reinstall Windows, Next
If Windows is not working anymore.
Turn off the tablet (press and hold the button for about 20 seconds)
Then press the "volume down" button without releasing it, then press the power button.
When the Surface logo appears, release the "volume down" button. Choose Language and Keyboard. Select "Troubleshoot" and then "Reset".
