Hello,

I have a Packard Bell EasyNote TV44HC and when I go to the device manager there are two base system devices that are not working (they have the well-known yellow triangle) and when I plug in headphones into the port there is no sound from the headphones but I can still hear the sound from the computer's speakers.

For those who want to know the identification numbers of the two devices:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BF&SUBSYS_06471025&REV_10
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BF&SUBSYS_06471025
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BF&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BF&CC_0880

And the other one:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&SUBSYS_06471025&REV_10
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&SUBSYS_06471025
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&CC_0880

I would greatly appreciate your help, I have been trying to solve this problem for a long time...

Thank you, the icons with yellow triangles from the basic system peripheral are gone :)
But still, when I plug in the headphones, the sound still doesn't come out of the headphones, but from the speakers :s
