Bjr mon pc ne se se met plus en veille, ne redémarre plus ni ne s'arrête. Il bloque à la fermeture de windows. Que faire?

oula c est l ecatombe,
t est bombrader de virus ou de oin du coup d ouiel que je vien de jeté.

si tu fait control+alt+suppr tu va dans l onglet process et la:

keyhook.exe
Rundll32.exe
xfgysdmlu.exe
Rundll32.exe

voila tous ca c est des virus.
si les antivirus traditionnels ne fonctionnent pas
essaye de les desinfectés manuellement.
avec la methode de ce lien:

j'ai exactement le même probléme depuis l'installation de XP pro

re j'ai effectuer ce que vous m'avez dit supprimé les virus dans le registre, mais le problème persiste mon ordi ne redémarre tjs pas, pareil pour le mettre en veille, il bloque a la fermeture de windows.

Avez vous un autre tuyau? Merci

tu as des saletés ...

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) :

https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml

et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ;clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

g regardé dans program files il y a bien un dossier iolo mais impossible de le supprimé il dit acces refusé , pourtant je n'ai plus ce programme.

Ca vient d'un programme qui était system mechanic il me semble, vous connaissez ce programme?

non, connais pas !

essaye en 1er de le désinstaller dans le panneau de configuration < ajout/supprimer en prog

ensuite, essaye de virer le dossier dans programm files

Télécharge Killbox sur ton Bureau :

http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe

Double-clique killbox.exe.

Copie la ligne gras ci-bas (sélectionne tout avec ta souris, clic-droit et "Copier") :


C:\Program Files\iolo\Common\Lib\ioloDMVSvc.exe

* Sélectionnz "delete on reboot"
* Cliquez sur le menu "File" -> "Past from clip board"
* Cliquez sur All Files
* Cliquez sur la croix rouge et et blanche
* Répondez yes et laisse redémarrer ton pc.
*poste un nouveau blacklight

Bsr à vs,, de nouvo un souci, j'ai des fenetres qui s'ouvrent lorsque j'ouvre ma boite mail ou que je navigue. Des fenetres spyware secure, casino, voyance ... Avez vs une bonne méthode de désinfection?
