Good evening, I have a big problem. I installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended, and since then, I've been having major issues with my computer, such as display problems with the minimize/close buttons on internet pages and programs lagging. I wanted to uninstall this crap, but I keep getting this error message: "the service cannot accept commands at this time." Also, I get this message when launching other programs. Thank you in advance for your help.
