Gameranger Installation/Operation Issues

Hello,

I have an issue with the online gaming portal GameRanger,
I am a novice and cannot solve the problem.

The program was installed and worked the first time,
today when I launch it, the window "No response from gameranger server" always appears... I tried to uninstall the program, but I then simply cannot reinstall it at all.

My internet connection is fine, my ISP is Free and I have a Freebox Revolution.
How can I fix this issue with this program?

    UPDATE: The problem is the same on all the PCs at my place (no response from the gameranger server), so the issue really comes from the configuration of my Internet connection?
