Reinstall the game or you can try replacing the vorbis.dll file located in the game's installation directory with the one downloaded from here
http://www.telecharger-dll.fr/dll-vorbis.dll

This may work if the old one is corrupted.

I place it in Windows/System32 and it doesn't work :(
By the way, I'm on Windows 7

  If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows 7, you should also place the dll in the directory: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
