Hello,
So here it is, I have the Samsung MEGA, and when I plugged it in to charge, it started to glitch. So I removed the battery, then I put it back in. When I turned it back on, it says Downloading.. Do not turn off the Target. I don't know what to do.. If I should wait or not, and why it shows me this..
I also learned that my 6-month-old daughter had put the end of the charger in her mouth before I plugged it in.. Maybe some saliva got inside my phone.. I don't know o:

Yes, it may be that, but disconnect the battery one more time and clean the charger and the phone's female socket (charging port), and then let me know.

My tablet, I put it to charge, then I turned it on and it doesn't work. I pressed the power and volume buttons and it told me to continue. What should I do now? I'm waiting for it to finish. It says downloading. Do not turn off target. How long should I wait?
