Hello everyone,
I have a Sony HDR CX220 camera, and I want to transfer my video to my computer via USB cable (okay, no worries, I think there ^^)
The problem is that every time I try to copy the video to my PC, I get the error message "The requested resource is in use," but it's not. It may seem trivial to you, but honestly, I'm struggling with something quite small, so it's a bit annoying, if I may express it that way :P
I hope to get some help :)

To solve the problem in the Windows File Explorer under the View tab, disable the preview pane.

Thank you for the information. I couldn’t copy files from my phone running Android, I kept getting this message. I thought it was due to the app on my phone (Genius Scan), but apparently it was Windows.

      Thanks again

Me too, it worked: Display >> click on navigation pane
      >> Try again: IT WORKS!!!
Personally, it's not for a camera but for the files from my Parrot Bebop drone.

Hello, the .mts file transfer is done like on a simple USB stick: copy and paste. You need to have space on the hard drive, then use editing software, that's all from me.

Remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that's the case.
