Comment éliminer maxifiles?

hello
j'ai bien consulté les cas décrits sur le forum concernant le problème maxifiles,mais tout cela reste bien nébuleux pour moi.
Pourquoi chaque cas nécessite un ou plusieurs logiciel différent?
Si je suis une des procédures conseillées,très rapidement je m'aperçois que les logiciels à supprimer ou les lignes à sélectionner
sont inexistants dans les "rapports".
j'ai installé CC cleaner,AVG anti-spyware,fixwareout,hijackthis.
