Hello everyone!
I bought The Sims 3 starter pack which also included "The Sims 3 Seasons" about a year ago, everything went very well, I downloaded it with the code that was in the CD box, etc.
I didn't play it for a few months, and when I wanted to play again, my Sims 3 had disappeared from Origin. I could no longer see Sims 3, but The Sims 3 Seasons is still there.
I've tried everything! I created a new account, I uninstalled and tried to reinstall every time...
But every time I try to reinstall it, after entering the code, it says that the code has already been used. I'm completely stuck, I don't know what to do!
How can I get my Sims 3 to reappear when they keep telling me that my code has already been used?
