Problème de connection à internet

salut!
j'ai acheté une carte vodafone mobile connection UMTS GRPS(http://www.areaaziende.190.it/ pour mon PC portable (acer 5100)/windows vista.

dès le premier jours j'ai eu des difficultés de connection et un stupide messge d'erreur RAS 633 (parfois ras 720 ou ras 0) qui m'indique que le port de mon modem est utilisé par une autre application.

j'ai vérifié les périfiriques une centaine de fois, éliminer les softwares à propos desquels j'avais des doutes (y compris norton). réinstaller une trentaine de fois la carte mais toujours le même message juste après quelques minutes de connection.

j'ai essayé plusieurs astuces que j'ai trouvé sur ce forum et autres sites mais rien n'a changé. Certes je peux remettre la carte au vendeur mais je risque une pénalité d'environ 100 euros!!!

y'a t-il quelqu'un qui peut m'aider?

désolé de te répondre après qques jours de retard mais c pour 2 raisons:
primo ai perdu l'espoir de trouver qqun pour maider sur le forum
secondo ai continuer a fouiller sur inetrnet et j'ai pas hésiter à désinstaller norton antivirus parce que j'avais eu des doutes qu'il pourrait etre la rasion de mes problemes et ca a marché!!!!!!!!!!
pour le moment j'utilise avast comme antivirus en attendant la version vista de antivir
je te remercie beaucoup d'avoir repondu à mon message
par ailleurs, j'espere que "pas tres propre" que t'as precisé en verifiant mon hijackthis rapport ne veut pas dire que mon pc risque qque chose de grave
si c le cas, j'espere m'indiquer comment eviter ces risques

Antivir est dispo pour Vista.

Fais ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2 (en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

salut!
désolé mais le bit defender ne veut pas fonctionner et j'ai pas pu comprendre la raison surtout que j'ai pu utiliser autres prog du meme type et qui exigenet egalement l'utilisation de l'activeX.
par contre ai installé antivir qui n'a detecte qu'un seul virus trojan dit "fakealert.dq" que j'ai renvoyé à la quarantine

par contre j'arrive pas à trouver le rapport de kaspersky meme apres l'avoir enregistre à 3 reprises. j'ai tout un temorary file kaspersky online scan mais le nom du file que j'ai utilse pour designe le rapport n'existe pas et je ne sais pas quel est le file à t'envoyer

Salut

Clic sur démarrer, rechercher, tous les fichiers et dossiers, cherche et supprime :

- qzviz.dll
- SpywareLocked 3.3.lnk
- sd.lnk SpyLocked.lnk

**Si un fichier/dossier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
- Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu..
Puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement.

¤ Télécharge SmitfraudFix et enregistre le sur le bureau. Si ton anti-virus t'alerte d'un virus, désactive-le.

décompresse SmitfraudFix
Lance le fichier SmitfraudFix ou SmitfraudFix.cmd et choisit l option 1 copie le rapport ici stp

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

- Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clique sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l 'option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout.

Enregistre le rapport puis Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

Tu peux jeter Smitfraudfix.

Télécharge et installe AVG anti-spyware : mets le à jour
Tu fais un scan complet de ton système, dès qu'il a fini.
Si il te trouve des espions,supprime les. Enregistre le rapport et colle le ici stp

salut!
désolé, mais l'antispyware affiche erreur lors de son lancement meme après la désactivation des antivirus sur mon pc.
je suis en train de chercher un autre antispyware pour faire le scanning. spybot search and destroy n'a affiche aucun file suspect.
je continue ma recherche.
entre temps, tu peux me suggerer un autre prog à utiliser?
