Internet bloqué/rapport roguekiller

Bonjour,

L'accés à internet de mon PC est bloqué, mais je peux me connecter avec mon portable sans problème.
Je pense qu'un virus me joue des tours mais je n'arrive à rien.
Quelqu'un peut-il me venir en aide?
