The Play Store is not working on my LG L5.

Hello,
As stated in the title, the Play Store app is no longer working. When I try to access it, the app closes after 2 seconds with a message that appears very quickly saying that the app has stopped working...

Hello,

Please check in your phone's settings, accounts, and sync if you have your Gmail account set up. If the issue is not resolved, please perform a factory reset to restore the default settings (this will erase all internal memory on the mobile, e.g., contacts, photos, etc.). Please proceed as follows:

Tap the "Application" touch and the "Settings" touch on your mobile. Select "Privacy" or "Backup and reset" from the list that appears and select "Factory data reset."

Hello, I have the same problem with my LG L5 II but Play Store has never worked and I think I have my Gmail account. Given that Play Store has never worked on my phone, is it still useful to reset it?
