Bonjour ,

j'ai un petit soucis de lenteur de mon pc ( Windows XP ), je ne sais plus aller sur certains sites comme ebay etc mon pc beugue sur les pages ...j'ai fais un scan rien , une défragmentation .Je ne suis pas une experte en informatique mais en regardant sur les forums j'ai vu que il y avait peut être un soucis au niveau du gestionnaire des tâches , des programmes qui s'ouvrent au démarrage .Mais comment s'avoir ce que l'on peut supprimer ou pas , j'ai bien peur de faire une bourde en supprimant qq chose que je ne devrais pas .

Vas sur le gestionnaire de tâche (clic gauche sur l'heure en bac à gauche) et regarde combien de processus sont en cours...

je viens de regarder et je vois Processus 56 ...Uc utilisée 6%...charge dédiée 1532mo

télécharge et installe malwarbytes :

https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

tu décoches : essayer malwarbytes pro à l'installation

tu le mets à jour
tu fais une vérification complète du disque
tu supprimes tout ce qu'il pourrait trouver
tu redémarres
tu joints le rapport après suppression ici dans ta réponse.

Cela veut dire que le problème ne vient pas du processeur...
Combien ton ordinateur possède comme RAM (mémoire vive) ? Car 1,5 Go de RAM en utilisation me paraît être trop élevé pour un ordinateur tournant sous XP...

clic sur l'onglet performance et dis combien possède tu de RAM (Mémoire Physique totale)

fais ceci aussi :

télécharge et exécute cet utilitaire :

https://toolslib.net

tu fais un scan et tu supprimes tout ce qu'il trouve , ensuite tu fais un copier/coller du rapport dans ta réponse.

il faut tout cocher et supprimer, ensuite le pc va redémarrer et un rapport va s'ouvrir, vous sélectionnez tout et vous le copiez ici dans la réponse.
