Good evening,
I have a problem with the game Alexandra Ledermann 7 that I just bought (new). First, I downloaded a CD image (.iso) from the internet, but once installed, the game asked me to insert the original disk.
So I bought the game. I uninstalled the first game I had installed via the .iso, then tried to install the game from the real DVD, which did not work (nothing started, and the only time the launcher launched, after I clicked on install, nothing happened).
I then reinstalled the game via the .iso image and tried to launch the game with the DVD in my drive (which is a DVD-ROM drive, I specify). The launcher starts, I click on "Launch," but the game does not start and asks me to insert the "original cd/dvd," which is indeed in my drive...
I should mention that I am running Windows 7, and the game is supposed to be compatible, but I also tried running it in compatibility mode using the icon with Windows 2000 and XP, with no success. Running as an administrator doesn't change the situation...
And since my computer skills stop there, does anyone have an idea if the game works, or if I should return it?
Thank you in advance for your help,
