Problème installation " Sims Deluxe " Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai acheter "Les Sims Deluxe Édition", l'installation s'est planter à 24%. Le s'affiche dans "Programme" comme s'il était installé. Mais l'installation n'étant pas terminer, nous ne pouvons pas jouer. Je n'arrive pas à le désinstaller pour le réinstaller.
A ma dernière tentative, un message d'erreur s'est affiché :
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{10798AE3-DCBB-43C3-9C93-C23512427E25}\_ISUSER.DLL'

Je ne sais de quoi il s'agit. Y aurait-il une réinstallation de WINDOWS à envisager ?

Est-ce que tu as vérifié qu'il y a assez d'espace libre sur le disque dur ?Avant d'installer, vide également tout le contenu du dossier C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\

Idem pour moi. Lors de l'installation, celle-ci s'est plantée également à 24% et je n'arrive toujours pas à avoir la solution. J'ai aussi assez de place pour l'installer. Que faire? Aidez-nous!...

C est la premiere fois que je viens sur ce forum...et je suis "heureuse" de constater que bcp comme moi on planté lors de l instalation à 24% !
Je pensais meme que le cd double deluxe etait defectueux, du coup je l ai changé !
j ai réussi à desinstaller et réinstallé, mais je tombe tjrs sur la meme panne, cad; je lance je jeu, et aux 1eres secondes, il se referme et me renvoi sur le bureau.
J ai appelé la hot line qui m a dit qu il fallait que j upgrade ma carte video gforce2, ce que j ai fait, et c est toujours la meme chose... J en suis a me demander si des .dll n ont pas diparu...je craque

jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai jamais eu de problème pr installer / désinstaller les sims deluxe édition ms je viens de déménager et je ne retrouve plus la notice où est écrit le code d'installation... quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider et me redonnere ce code que je puisse enfin rejouer au sims!!!

prick fan de simple plan, j'ai supprimé ton message car il contenait des numéros de série piratés de Sims et Sims Deluxe.

Tu dois bien comprendre que ce n'est pas parceque ces numéros marchent chez tout le monde qu'ils doivent être utilisés chez tout le monde.

Dans le commerce, chaque exemple est fourni avec un numéro de série différent.
