Restore default settings for C4D?

Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to restore the default settings of Cinema 4D.
Indeed, lately, instead of displaying my project, I only see a gray square.
Thank you for your help!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 29.0.1547.62

    PS: I can display the rendering and even start the rendering engine that works perfectly fine.

    Press CTRL + SHIFT at startup of C4D.
